Who handles your information
Ride Minded is responsible for the information submitted through this website. Questions about it can be sent to louis@ridemindedph.com.
What is collected
The contact form collects your name, email address, inquiry type and message. The road updates form collects your email address and records that you asked to hear about future updates. Form submissions may also include basic technical information used to deliver the service and prevent spam.
Why it is collected
Contact details are used to reply to your message and manage the conversation you started. Road update details are used only to contact you about occasional Ride Minded updates. They are not sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Form processing
Website submissions are processed by Formspree, which acts as a service provider for Ride Minded. Information may be processed where Formspree and its providers operate. Read Formspree’s privacy policy for its own practices.
Formspree dashboard submissions may remain available for the period included with the current service plan. Copies received by email are kept only as long as needed to answer the message, maintain necessary records or honor an update request. An update request email is kept until you opt out or it is no longer relevant.
Analytics and tracking
Ride Minded does not currently use website analytics, advertising pixels or behavioral tracking, and the website does not set its own cookies. Formspree receives information only when you submit one of the website forms and applies its own service and security practices.
Your choices
You may withdraw an update request at any time by email. You may also ask to access, correct or delete information you submitted by emailing louis@ridemindedph.com. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, legal or recordkeeping purposes.
Security
The website uses HTTPS and trusted service providers to protect submissions in transit. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Updates
This notice may be updated when the website’s forms, providers or data practices change.
